Don’t keep venomous thoughts in your mind. It will bounce back when unexpected. Study the negative emotions moving in your head rather than ignoring them. Start learning your mind processes with respect to your emotions. Our dominating thoughts always influence our emotions.
We always try to be positive and ignore our negative emotions. But we forget to understand the transformation process which makes our mind more toxic. Don’t trick your mind, your negative emotions are still lying there and will bounce back when least unexpected. So, rather than being positive all the time, study what is moving in your head. Read your feelings.
Aim is not to forcefully put positive thoughts but to change your negative ones into something much valuable
How to transfer negative emotions into positive one:
Observe your emotions: Start observing your emotions as they arise or change. Be mindful and understand the changes in your physical state like your ears getting warmer or changes in your breathing pattern. These all represents negative emotions what you are avoiding.
Assign meaning: Now next step you have to assign a meaning to what you are going through. That is sense your feelings. Question yourself: Why do you feel the way you do? What thoughts are responsible for this? When you are angry, watch yourself being angry, how it feels. Does it take away your energy?
Observe your thoughts and might be you’ll find out this is due to exaggeration, misconceptions, labellings which has prevailed such emotions.
Depth of emotions: Understand the depth and the deeper meaning behind your feelings .Think how you can use those feelings to grow in an empowering way.
Replace: Immediately replace those negative thoughts with positive thoughts. Start viewing things with different angle like how it can change your life? Or how it can help you feel better? It’s essential to transform destructive thoughts into ones that make you feel better in the moment. This will not only help you to rebuild your confidence but will also provide solution of present situation
Visualize: Visualize it calmly. This will not only increase your vibration but will help your brain to handle it effortlessly when such situation will arise again.
